What areas do you serve?
I’m currently helping out the South Charlotte area. So if you live in Matthews, Ballantyne, South Park, Weddington, Indian Trail, Providence, Dilworth and Uptown, you are in luck. If you are unsure if I’ll travel to your house or business, go ahead and send me a request.
What hours do you work?
Right now I answer phones and emails all day, and promise to reply to every inquiry within 12 hours. The service calls are being performed after 7PM on Monday-Friday and 10AM-9PM on Saturday and Sunday. I’m a stay-at-home dad, and trust me, you wouldn’t want me to bring my one year old to your house.
Do you really charge based on “what I feel the service is worth?”
Yes. I will accept payment after services are complete, and you decide how much. I believe in the kindness and honesty of those lucky enough to live here in Charlotte. If I do an amazing job, hook me up. My family and I thank you. If I don’t deliver what you had in mind, why would I expect you to pay full price? I don’t think it’s fair to charge by the hour, as it’s beneficial for me to take my sweet time to make more money. I also couldn’t come up with a “menu” of services, as the list is always growing and the time some projects take can vary wildly depending on your equipment.
What if I need something not listed as a suggestion?
Awesome! That’s what I’m talking about. Ask me. Chances are I can help, either by taking the task on or by sending you in the right direction.
